A short chunky necklace made from tagua beads in a variety of shapes and natural and bright colours. Fastens with a macrame button clasp.
Tagua (also known as vegetable ivory, due to it's natural creamy colour) is a seed from a type of palm tree that grows in the rainforests of South America. It can be carved, polished and dyed to create beautiful beads and as it is a natural product each piece of jewellery is unique due to the natural colours, shapes and flaws of the seed. The Tagua is organic, vegan and biodegradeable.
Comes in a fair trade bag with information card.
