Lamb's Tongue d'Olanda Salad Seeds

Lambs lettuce / Mache or corn salad. This variety resists to low temperatures. Open full heart rosettes of soft melt-in-the-mouth leaves. It wont grow back after youve picked it, so pull the whole bunch of leaves up, cut the small root off, wash, dress and serve.

Sow: 1 cm deep from March to April and from July to October

Harvest: End of December
